Speaker's Chair - The chair at the north end of the Commons Chamber occupied by the Speaker or another presiding officer when the House is in session. When the House is in Committee of the Whole, the Speaker's Chair is vacated and the Chairman of the Committee occupies the Clerk's place at the Table.
